FOR ARCHITECTS, DEVELOPERS AND GENERAL CONTRACTORS
One contract for the made-to-order parts of a building.
Windows, cabinetry, countertops and flooring — one line, or the whole package — bought direct from established factories in Asia and Europe and delivered to your site under one U.S. contract.
1 · WHAT WE SUPPLY
2 · WHEN WE’RE THE RIGHT SUPPLIER
We take the jobs where the spec is demanding and the order fills a container.
- Made to orderBuilt to the job’s drawings. If it can come off a shelf, we are not the supplier.
- A catalog product won’t passHistoric replica profiles, hurricane impact ratings, energy or sound requirements.
- One order, one shipmentOne order for the building, shipped together.
3 · HOW A JOB RUNS
We are an international supplier, not tied to one manufacturer. We buy direct from established factories in Asia and Europe, take title, and handle shop drawings, import, duty and delivery to the site. Buying direct puts a demanding spec within reach of the budget.
You send the drawings
Plans, a schedule or spec sections. No drawings yet is fine.
One all-in price
Duty and freight written in, including what happens if a tariff moves.
Shop drawings
Drawn to your project. Nothing is built until you sign them.
A full-size prototype on site
The project team approves it before production starts.
Production and import
We handle the import, duty and freight.
Delivered to the site
Install by a Brevan Certified partner — in the package where we cover it, or hired by your general contractor.
4 · WHY BREVAN
Not tied to one factory, and it changes the whole deal.
- 4.1 The factory fits the job
- A one-factory supplier sells you that factory’s answer. We are an international supplier: we choose the factory after we’ve seen your drawings. That choice is the lit pane in our mark.
- 4.2 Factory-direct, with title
- We buy direct from established factories in Asia and Europe and take title to the goods. Buying direct puts a demanding spec within reach of the budget.
- 4.3 Tariffs, in writing
- Duty and freight are written into the contract before you sign, including what happens if a tariff moves.
- 4.4 Proof before production
- A full-size prototype goes to the site for the project team to approve before production starts.
- 4.5 Recent award
- The cabinetry, quartz countertop and sink package at The Peterson, Charlotte — 49 residences over five stories, awarded October 2026, delivering summer 2027.
